What we collect

When you book a call or send us an enquiry, we collect your name, organisation, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your site. We also collect aggregate, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.

Why

To respond to you, to prepare a quote, and to understand which pages are useful. That’s it. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we don’t attempt to identify individual visitors who haven’t contacted us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the opportunity is live, plus a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete your information and we will.

Analytics and cookies

We use a privacy-focused analytics tool that doesn’t set advertising cookies or build cross-site profiles. We may set a single first-party cookie to remember how you arrived, and your theme preference is stored locally in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email michael@liftlocker.ca.
